Dual-listed with NUTRS 5630. Survey of current public health nutrition challenges and assets among nutritionally vulnerable individuals and groups. Culturally informed interventions or improvements of community nutrition and public health programs will be developed through needs assessment and primary research literature review. Significant emphasis on written and oral communication at the lay and professional level as it relates to community nutrition and health.
