Instructional strategies, adaptations and specialized materials and equipment to meet the developmental needs of all young learners ages birth through 8 years old, especially those with diverse learning needs and multiple disabilities. Addressing inclusivity, the history of early childhood special education, and the planning and writing of individualized education plans.
