IE 3410: Production Systems

Prereq: Credit or concurrent enrollment in IE 3120; STAT 2310
Introduction of key concepts in the design and analysis of production systems. Topics include inventory control, forecasting, material requirement planning, Kanban systems, project planning and scheduling including Critical Path Method (CPM). Advanced design, analysis, operation, and improvement of supply chains with effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability and social responsibility.
