Introduction to Environmental Biology and Health explores how human activities impact air, water, and land systems—and how those impacts circle back to affect communities and ecosystems worldwide. The course blends environmental health and ecotoxicology with social, economic, and policy perspectives to examine public health through the lens of One Health principle. Students will be presented with real-world case studies including implications for Iowa. (Typically Offered: Spring)
