Function and performance of components such as connections and fittings, filtration, pumps, valves, actuators, hydrostatic transmissions. Hydraulic system dynamics. Modeling and simulation of circuits. Analysis and design of hydraulic systems. Hydrostatic transmission design. Hands-on construction of circuits, measurement of system variables, and electrohydraulic control.
