Hands-on experiences in molecular cloning, CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing, and imaging techniques. Novel biological and cellular processes and disease-related pathways in mammalian cell culture and other model systems will be investigated through CRISPR/Cas9-mediated mutagenesis approaches.
