Interfacing techniques for computer-based data acquisition and control systems. Basic interfacing components including A/D and D/A conversion, signal filtering and process control. Sensors and theory of operation applied to practical monitoring and control problems. Data collection, analysis, and calibration of sensors and data acquisition systems.
