ARTH 2920: Introduction to Visual Culture Studies

An online course introducing students to visual culture as it existed historically and as it surrounds us today. The class takes a thematic path exploring the imagery of leadership, religion, politics, and other significant trends in the visual arts, mass media, and areas related to visual literacy and visual representation in local and global contexts.
