Understanding the molecular basis for the role of nutrients, nutrient-derivatives, and bioactive compounds in the development, prevention, and treatment of common diseases including diabetes, cancer, vascular disease, obesity, neurological disease, aberrant mineral metabolism, and autoimmune disease. Translating this understanding into practical approaches for improving the health of individuals and populations. Credit for FSHN 3600 suggested.
