GEOL 1030: Age of Dinosaurs

Introduction to the biodiversity and evolution of dinosaurs and Mesozoic ecosystems. Course modules cover evolutionary relationships, ecology, and functional morphology of the major clades of dinosaurs. Additional topics include basic evolutionary theory, interpretation of fossil evidence, mass extinctions, and Mesozoic climates and geography. Offered as an online course. (Typically Offered: Fall)
