GEOL 2020: History of the Earth
Credits: 3. Contact Hours: Lecture 3.
Tectonic, climate, and biological evolution of the Earth. Interactions between the three are emphasized. Students will learn methods used to decipher earth history, including reading papers and maps, introductory computer coding, and using rocks and fossils. Students majoring in geology must also enroll in GEOL 2020L. (Typically Offered: Spring)
