HSPM 3850: Beer and Brewed Beverages in Hospitality Management

Introduction to history and methods of production for a variety of beer, cider, perry, mead, sake and other brewed alcoholic beverages. Beverage tasting and sensory analysis; product knowledge; and service techniques related to the beverage and hospitality industry. Field trip. 8-week course. Must be age 21 or older by first day of class. .
