IE 4410: Industrial Engineering Design

Prereq: IE 2480, IE 2710, IE 3610; (credit or enrollment in IE 3410, IE 4130, AND IE 4480)
An engineering design project performed in a real-world company that requires students to develop quantitative objectives, conduct field-based current state measurements, and create multiple design alternatives to meet or exceed customer requirements. Student teams work with company stakeholders to document, quantitatively justify, and implement to the extent practical, solutions that generate substantive economic impact.
