Surveys the literature relating to personality, individual differences, and management. Explores the significant implications of personality for important topics in human resource management, organizational behavior, and strategic management, as well as the other functional areas of business, including leadership, motivation, perception, decision making, organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction, and much, much more. Allows students to explore their own personalities using rigorous academic measurement scales and discover what academic research says about how personality is related to a variety of management topics.
