MGMT 4720: Building Inclusive Work Cultures

Introduces the importance of building work cultures that create a shared sense of inclusion and belongingness. Provides tools to effectively manage legal, ethical, media, and marketing issues in this area as well as implement organizational changes that enhance member belonging. Fosters students' abilities to work within and lead teams and organizations and develops critical thinking about inclusion and belonging in contemporary organizations. Meets U.S. Cultures and Communities Requirement.
