Conceptual and philosophical issues arising from the theory, practice, and interpretation of statistics. May include one or more of the following topics: statistics and the problem of induction, interpretations of probability, the philosophy of hypothesis testing, and paradoxes of statistics and probability. Offered odd-numbered years.
