Applications of generalized linear regression models to social science data. Assumptions of regression; diagnostics and transformations; analysis of variance and covariance; logistic, multinomial and Poisson regression. Graduation Restriction: Credit for only one of STAT 4040, STAT 4820, or STAT 5820 may be applied to graduation. May not be used for graduate credit in the Statistics MS and PhD degree programs.
